In each case, you can choose between confidentiality or anonymity.

Confidentiality: Although you provide your details, they will be kept confidential by the Ombudsman's team.

Anonymity: We will not know who you are, where you live or where you live. Occurrences without a name or that use nicknames/pseudonyms are considered anonymous. We would like to clarify, however, that it is everyone's right not to identify themselves by choosing to remain anonymous.

However, reports made by people who identify themselves have a better chance of being investigated because, for example, they allow the Ombudsman's Office to make direct contact with the user in search of more complete information.

Attention: only reports whose preliminary analysis by the Ombudsman's Office confirms the veracity of the information will be accepted and investigated. Therefore, try to present consistent and verifiable data, especially in anonymous cases, as these do not allow direct contact with the complainant.

In addition, the lack of information about the person makes it impossible for the Ombudsman to give a final response and can make it difficult or impossible to complete the process.
